სტატიაში წარმოდგენილია ელექტრონულ საარჩევნო სისტემებში ბიომეტრიის გამოყენების უპირატესობანი და პრობლემები. შემოთავაზებულია ბიომეტრიული საარჩევნო სისტემის პერსპექტიული პროტოკოლი. გაანალიზებულია ბიომეტრიული საარჩევნო სისტემის კონკრეტული გამოყენების შედეგები. 
 Abstract
This article presents the advantages and problems of using biometrics in election electoral systems. It is proposed perspective protocol of biometric election system. Results were analyzed using a biometric election system.

Summary:
Usually, at the time of the biometric recognition are used either a verification method or an identification method. The article is proposed comparative analysis of their rate (Throughput), reliability and ergonomics. Conclusion is made: identification method characterized by high throughput and ergonomic and verification method characterized by high reliability. There is offered approach, when in the system are used verification and identification methods at the same time, so that to preserve these three parameters on the acceptable level. There is discussed adaptive algorithm, when the system itself goes from the identification method on the verification method and vice versa to increase reliability.

Summary:
The paper presents a biometric management model for voting process. There are given two kind of architecture of biometric system and their comparative analysis. There is proposed electoral system for local destination, which uses biometric identification of voters on a registration stage, but voting process is free and occurs by using of electronic bulletins. There is discussed some algorithms of system functioning.

Abstract:
The paper presents opportunities of Students' Academic Attendance Monitoring System and Teachers' Registration System that are implemented in Georgian Technical University. Operation of these systems showed that besides general purpose they have additional features. It is shown that the systems are strong tools for monitoring of students and teachers activities. Data, accumulated in database by the systems, as a result of appropriate processing may be used successfully for the management measures.
